dispatchdesk.io ("DispatchDesk", "we") provides an AI service-call dispatch platform for businesses. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
When you connect an account, you sign in directly with that provider — we never see your password. We request only the permissions shown on the provider's consent screen, and we receive only the data those permissions allow (for example, your name and profile picture, and — where you grant it — your business Page name, category, and public contact details). We do not access accounts, messages, or permissions you did not authorize. You can revoke our access at any time in your Facebook, Instagram, or Google account settings.
To set up and run your dispatch desk, route service calls to providers, generate job reports, secure the service, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only as needed to deliver the service (e.g., a dispatched service provider sees the job details required to complete it) and with infrastructure providers (hosting, telephony, payments) under contract. We disclose information if required by law.
You may request access to or deletion of your data, and you can disconnect any connected account at any time. To delete your account and associated data, email privacy@dispatchdesk.io. Tokens obtained during a connection are used transiently and are not sold or shared.
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law, and protect it with industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls).
