By creating an account or using dispatchdesk.io you agree to these terms. The service is offered in the United States only.

1. What DispatchDesk is — a platform

DispatchDesk is a dispatch and communications platform: assistance for all your personal and business needs. It provides AI-assisted intake, dispatch coordination, and calling tools. AI assistants are always disclosed as AI; they are not humans. DispatchDesk coordinates independent service providers and does not itself perform licensed trade work. Directory listings are mapped business records — a listing is not an endorsement, license verification, or guarantee of availability unless explicitly marked otherwise.

2. Calling — the two homes and who is responsible

Your calling (your number): the platform can provision you a dedicated phone number and let you direct AI agents to place calls from it. For these calls you are the caller of record: you choose when to call and whom to call, and you are responsible for the lawfulness of your calls in your jurisdiction (including any consent, timing, and recording requirements that apply to you as the caller). The platform enforces a non-removable AI-and-recording disclosure on every AI call leg, honors a global do-not-call suppression list, and applies anti-abuse limits. These are platform hygiene measures, not legal advice and not a substitute for your own compliance.
Our calling: calls initiated by DispatchDesk management (for example business-to-business quote inquiries) are placed by DispatchDesk as caller of record under its own calling controls.

3. Acceptable use

You acknowledge the acceptable-use policy once at signup, and it binds every use of your account. Prohibited: unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or abusive calling or messaging; attempts to remove or defeat the AI disclosure; contacting numbers on the platform suppression list; attempts to breach security or tenant isolation; and any use that misrepresents who is calling. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

4. Billing — metered usage

The service is billed on metered usage: subscription plans convert to DispatchDesk Credits (DDC) — private, closed-loop usage credits — and platform actions (dispatches, calls, AI usage) draw down credits or accrue metered charges at the published rates shown before you buy. DDC are not currency, not securities, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable outside the platform. Charges are processed by our payment provider; where a live payment path is not yet enabled for your account it is labeled as such in your portal.

5. Safety

The platform is not an emergency service. For life-safety emergencies (fire, smoke, gas, carbon monoxide, injury), call 911 first.

6. AI outputs

AI-generated content (classifications, matches, summaries, call transcripts, quotes captured by agents) can be incomplete or wrong. See the AI output disclaimer, which is part of these terms. Verify AI outputs before relying on them for significant decisions.

7. Your data

Your data is handled per the Privacy Policy. You can submit a data-deletion request from your portal's "Data & privacy" section at any time.

8. Territory

The service is offered and supported in the United States only. You may not use the platform to provide the service into territories where we do not offer it.

9. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
