DispatchDesk provides AI-assisted intake and dispatch coordination for service calls. The Digital AI Human is an AI agent, always disclosed as AI; it is not a human. DispatchDesk coordinates independent service providers and does not itself perform licensed trade work.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for lawful use of the platform, and for any required consents (including caller/recording and messaging consents) in your jurisdiction. For safety emergencies (fire, gas, injury), contact 911 or your utility provider first.
Subscriptions convert to DispatchDesk Platform Credits — private, closed-loop usage credits. They are not currency, not securities, not redeemable for cash, and not transferable outside the platform.
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, DispatchDesk is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.
